Undergraduate Research: Humboldt State University, Arcata California. B.S. Degree in Oceanography, minor in Geology. Undergraduate research focused on predicting sedimentation rates of Trinidad State Beach based on wave models.

Current Thesis Research: “A Study of Storm Induced Variability in Littoral Sediment Transport in Monterey Bay.” 2 year study of coastal sediment transport patterns in Central Monterey Bay, and how those patterns shift along with seasonal swell patterns.
